the last 18 months of my life...

on march 29th, 2010 at 12:37pm, the sweetest little girl came into our lives and changed the way we walk, talk, think, and love forever. her name is estella adeline reynolds. and she is the most perfect little being that i have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
as a newborn she was wonderful. smiling all of the time and always happy. at 6 weeks of age, she started sleeping through the night. see, perfect from the start!

since estella was born, she has been the ultimate love of my life. her smile lights up any room and that belly laugh of hers is infectious! she has two dimples (one on her chin and another on her right cheek) and she has the most adorable little gap in between her two front teeth. and reddish/golden hair! curly hair! who woulda thunk it? she gets the curls me but never in a million years would i have guessed she would have a beautiful reddish/strawberry tint to her hair. she literally gets compliments on a daily basis about the color of her hair.

i have never experienced a love like this before. eddie and i are 100%, head over heels, in love all over again.

stellie (our nickname for her) started crawling on the day that she turned 8 months old and started walking just a short 2 1/2 months later. she is hard to keep up with these days and gives us quite a workout :)

we had quite the 1st birthday party for her on Saturday March 26th 2011. we hosted the party at our beautiful new home in worthington with our family and closest friends. she was, indeed, the queen of 1!

these days estella loves to read and color, she loves to dance and she loves to give hugs and kisses. she is quite the affectionate little lady. any time spent outside is, most definitely, her favorite time of the day. we have spent quite a few days out back in her little pool, at the lake swimming, or at the worthington or bexley pool.

so far, her sweet little life is quite grand. and rightfully so. she is an incredible little girl with a HUGE personality. we are all so blessed to have her in our lives. she has made eddie and i two of the proudest parents you will ever meet.

"A new baby is like the beginning of all things-wonder, hope, a dream of possibilities."
peace & love.
